What counts as a financial account? Each bank account or credit card that needs to be reconciled every month.
How is my plan decided? By your typical monthly activity and how complex your books are. We'll confirm the right plan with you before any work begins.
What accounting software do you use? Our monthly bookkeeping services are designed around QuickBooks Online. Using another accounting platform? Let us know, and we'll discuss your options.
Is software included? Monthly bookkeeping fees do not include accounting software subscriptions. Clients maintain their own subscriptions.
Need more than Plus?
If your business has more than 300 monthly transactions, more than six accounts, or more complex bookkeeping, we'll put together an individual quote.

Getting set up, and what's covered
One-time onboarding
$250 one time
Covers routine setup, an initial review of your records, and setting up your monthly bookkeeping routine, for books that are reasonably current.
If your books are behind or need significant corrections, we'll review your records first and quote any catch-up work separately. That way you know the cost before we start.
Outside the monthly plans
Our monthly plans focus on doing routine bookkeeping well. They don't include:
- Tax preparation
- Payroll processing
- Bill payment
- Historical cleanup
- Complex inventory accounting
Services outside routine monthly bookkeeping are quoted separately.
